I had ordered ** packets of Almonds of *** grams each and my brother had ordered ** packets of Almonds of *** grams each. So in total we both had ordered ** packets of Almonds for gifting purpose.
After receiving the packets we gifted these packets to our customers. After that we received *-* complaint that very bad smell is coming from the almonds and the almonds are not at all eatable.
After this we collected back all the packets from our customers. After that we complained about the product in Flipkart but they took return of * packets only. We have called them multiple times but they keep saying that the product is non- returnable.
We knew that the product is non-returnable but they have given us damaged products which are not eatable.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
