Flipkart making fool of us and nothing else and their customer service no use nor their escalation team i ordered acer swift * worth rs ***** they provided me a damaged product i contacted Flipkart and placed replacement request.i was tried and spoken to their team on daily after but they not approved it they closed it after return period is over . Than i again contacted to Flipkart to re create my replacement request but they blocked my account .they cheated me gave me damaged product and kind of harassment i am facing from Flipkart this complaint is my last option just want justice ***** is big amount for me and my family please help me
