Tatacliq - Received damaged product

I tried calling alot time and fed up trying also i purchased a laptop from tatacliq but no use they were blaming me only instead of resolution my issue

Resoultion :- Accept my return and provide me with refund

Issue:- First of all Tata cliq is telling that they providing * days return policy if received any damaged product I had placed an order for asus laptop on **/**/**** in Tata cliq company but i received a damaged product. I called to customer care informed about this and they asked for pictures of the damaged product; i shared with them they asked for to wait for * days after two days they asked for wait few more days again today i called them and asked for resoultion but they told me product is good from our side after sending all proof aswell and they tourched me mentally for more than ** days and said we will not approve your return they said. Please help in regarding this .
