Purchased a ladies watch worth rs.*** online from snapdeal.com but they have delivered a defective product which is not working. I've raised a return and refund request with them but I've not received any call or refund till now. I'm unable to reach Snapdeal executive as their Ivrs doesn't allow at all.
Snapdeal is cheating customers big time. Please take them to court and never purchase any product from them in future.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
