The order for a display (for Redmi note *) had been placed on **/July/**** for Rs.**** from touchlcdhouse.com. And the payment was made online. The item was received on **/July/****, on using this display it was seen that the touch did not work at all. I also tried to contact the customer care service several time and failed at every attempt. I also have the ** days return guarentee. But there is no one that I can speak of this issue and get the refund or atleast a replacement for the product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
