Myntra - Received Damaged Item

I ordered HRX by Hrithik Roshan Men Grey Runner Shoes on ** Sep **** on e-Commerce MYNTRA online.
The Order details are as follows:-

Problem:- I received Damaged HRX Shoes and later i placed exchange request on Myntra. Customer care first time approved my request for exchange. I received damaged product again. Immediately, I raised a complaint about received damaged shoes second time. Second Time Myntra Customer care is not approving my exchange request and they are telling we have sent item in good quality and proper condition. Therefore, We cannot exchange your product.

Kindly help in this case. Myntra is cheating the customer by selling defective items and then even they are not providing refund or exchange.
