The Timeline of Bad Faith: I placed the order on Dec ** at **:** PM. I sent the Urgent Cancellation Demand at **:** PM the same night. Your company did not ship the order until Dec **. You had ** hours to process a simple cancellation.
Intentional Negligence: Choosing to ignore a cancellation for * days and then claiming "it's already dispatched" is a violation of the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, ****. You cannot force a contract on a consumer who has revoked consent.
Damaged Goods: Furthermore, the package you forced upon me contains broken and misrepresented items (shattered massager, broken mobile stand, plastic marketed as metal).
I have already initiated the following:
A formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) naming you and DeoDap for Unfair Trade Practices.
A UPI Transaction Dispute via my bank and NPCI for an unauthorized/forced transaction.
A report to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs regarding your fraudulent refusal to honor a timely cancellation.
I do not accept this "rejection." I demand a full refund of ₹*,***.** and reverse pickup instructions immediately. If this is not resolved by EOD, I will submit this email thread as further proof of DeoDap's intentional malpractice to the Consumer Forum (E-Daakhil).
