Shrestha Ghosh filed complaint against Meesho app on May 9, 2022
I received an undelivered item on **th April,****. Henceforth, I started calling meesho app through their helpline number and also the number that was given in the invoice of the item I received. But from **th to **th there was no amount of help from their side. On **th finally they registered a complain for the item to be picked up and thereafter for the refund , and I was asked for ** hours for the same. So on *st May the pickup was supposed to happen. But there was no such action from their side. So I again called them and they again asked for ** hours for the solution. On *th May, as per as their word, I was supposed to get the solution . But again it didn’t happen. So I again called them regarding that. Then they again asked for ** hours. On *th May the pick up was supposed to happen. But, as usual, it didn’t happen.so on *th May I called them again regarding their unprofessional service , and ,like always, they have again asked for ** hours. And I am quite sure that like before again they will harass me mentally and will waste my valuable time and energy. So I am here to lodge a complaint again this horrendous unprofessional app, Meesho. And also asking for my refund as soon as possible. Since a customer should not suffer for this fraudulent app’s blunder.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
