Highlander jeans - Received an old and used product

I have received an highlander jeans and it seems to be a very old and used product, so I have applied for return and refund of the product. But it has been rejected by Myntra as of it was used by me. The person spoke with me from the delivery hub is also rude and not responded politely. So I have to get my refund so please do the needful.
