Highlander jeans - Fake product delivered by Myntra with Highlander brand s tag

Fake and wrong product delivered by Myntra with Highlander brand's tag. A return with refund request with photo proofs was initiated but was denied by Myntra stating that there was no error at their end.
Actual item delivered is a white skinny fit poor quality trouser of some cheap brand Loranzo. There is no highlander branding on the trouser at all and this Loranzo brand is not related to Highlander as well. More so it is a defective piece with loose button on waist, and is stained as well. Its such a bad fit and looks so bad that it can't be worn at all even if desparately attempted to. Photos attached
