I had ordered a redtape men formal leather shoes from myntra instead i received is a faballey navy women off shoulder dress. My Order No.:*******-*******-*******
Order Placed:Monday, July **, ****.
I have contacted myntra regarding the same and they had initiated the return request. My pickup was scheduled for **th july by ekart. But the ekart people rejected the pickup as they haven't received any email from myntra regarding this issue. I have contacted myntra several times E-mailed them but they are telling they will resolve it soon. Till now no response. Heard so many issues of online cheating but never experienced one like this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
