I ordered a Mi Redmi *s from Flipkart on **th May but on that phone facing many issues like hanging issues while doing something, network issues with the jio sim in my room as my friends also using the same network and they don't have any such issues) and also earpiece sound was low but that issue was resolved with the OTA update. I placed a replacement/refund request to Flipkart within ** days period of time as mentioned on Flipkart policies. It's *th July and till now it's not resolved by the Flipkart.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
