I had ordered for a Playboy EDT(perfume) and I received a fake and unsealed EDT. Paytm doesn't allow me to return the product because this item is non-returnable, I have asked Paytm to provide me a genuine Playboy EDT and take this fake one back or refund the amount I have paid for this edt but my complaint is being ignored by team paytm. It's a fraudulent activity by Paytm or the seller. I want an appropriate resolution for this issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
