I ordered realme buds air * true wireless earphone in Flipkart on **th of December I got the product on the following day and I paid the amount after I opened the package it was of a true wireless earphone from the company zebronics which is way much cheaper and I reached out to the customer care of Flipkart and requested for product replacement but got no updates and they said request rejected because I didn't share my ID proof which should have been done via email but I got no e-mail of such sort and they refused to resolve so I need justice for this
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
