I am writing this email and highlighting to the top authority as the vehicle which has been sold to me has Quality issues of unacceptable nature within a month of purchase.

Vehicle breakdown: **/Mar/****
Kilometers driven: *** kilometers
Battery warranty: *+* years
Vehicle: electric vehicle from ather - *** plus
The vehicle has not been starting for various unknown reasons and Ather towed my vehicle to their service center. I have neither been given a written communication on the faulty vehicle even after repeated reminders on calls and emails as promised by the service center/Customer care executive, Manager-Customer service & Customer service head during various discussions. As the owner of the vehicle, without my consent any replacements of parts in my vehicle without my approval is not acceptable. Diagnosis reports had to be shared with me for my review
which never happened even after many days. I have been suffering without vehicle availability for ** days and the Service center orCustomer care executives have denied to provide me with the detailed RCA report.
