Myntra Com - Received a defective fake Enamor daily use bra costing Rs 700

I bought 'Enamor bra' from Myntra website paying Rs.***. For first time bought this product brand from Myntra ** days back. Now I am shocked to see it torn in places and the strap which is usually very hard has been torn just after one use. I am surprised to see a well known brand come to this just after one use. I have used this brand earlier and never faced a problem even after many years using it.

I raised a complaint *days back and the Myntra has declined my request without any reason saying they cannot take the return request rather than investigating the case. Now i call them and said I'll post this on social media where you're selling fake products, they're saying to give ** hrs and they'll do re-investigation.

If they don't the return the product that's ok. I just want my money to be refunded. I don't want my money that too Rs. *** to be wasted on a fake product in name of Enamor or has Enamor started selling fake brands ???

Which is true in this case??
