Flipkart - Received a defected product

I had ordered an "Apple iPhone * Plus *** GB Phone" from Flipkart. I received my product before time which is because of the great delivery service of Flipkart and I truly appreciate that. Expected date was **th May, I got my package on *th May at *'o clock in the afternoon. However, the product that I received has defected. The package did not defect, it was properly sealed. The box was in good condition. However, the phone was very hot.
We thought maybe because of the hot weather the package was heated and so was the phone. After that, we inserted the sim and tried to switch on the phone and it wasn't working, it was not at all responding. We thought maybe the battery has drained out. So we connected the phone with the charger. It was starting and turning off again. The same thing was happening again and again. I spoke with many representatives and * supervisors who advised me to visit a service centre. I visited a service centre and they gave me in writing "Job sheet" that says the product is faulty and Flipkart needs to replace it asap.

This is the *nd time this has happened to me. I had ordered an iPhone *s in the past, the same thing happened. Nobody from Flipkart helped me. I had to visit the apple service centre and they replaced my brand new defected phone that I got from Flipkart. I never expected Flipkart doing this again. They should blacklist such sellers. Now, I would really appreciate getting a solution.
