I purchased a phone from flipkart.com from my savings which took ~* years to save.
They send me a phone which died next day. I complaint about it and they send engineers at my house. They too failed to restart the phone and approved the request of refund.
Next day pickup boy arrived and asked me to restart the phone.. I replied, "how can I?"
Then he told, I don't know... If you don't restart the I cannot take it..
I failed to do so, and he refused to accept it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
