Flipkart xaomi redmi - Product delivered got dead after 2 months

I have ordered a phone on Flipkart and the seller assigned was Flashstar Commerce. The product got delivered in February, **** and suddenly one day, the phone became dead in the month of April I am struggling to get a resolution as the policy for return was only ** days. Amount is getting debited monthly though I am not using the Dead phone !!
