Bose - Received a damaged Bose product

I got a bose earbuds worth ***** which was damaged from so i initiated the return after it’s delivery the same day and they did called and said i need to talk to the brand and get an approval of it being damaged so asked for a supervised call and they did not provide it for * days! I kept on calling them and then i called the brand Bose support and they said tatacliq is not an authorised reseller to sell their products so they cannot help me in any service center as they wont give warranty so i told this to the tatacliq people and they said they will call back and they never did! It was worth **k product and this much amount is in loss
