Prashant Wewhare filed complaint against Bose on Mar 13, 2025
Ordered Bose quiet comfort earbuds from Unboxify on **nd Feb and rec'd it in * days. When I opened it on **th Feb , I found out that left ear bud is not working properly. So I connected with Unboxify who asked me to connect with Bose service centre as the product is under warranty.
I visited Bose Service centre in Mumbai and they after verification told me that it is manufacturing defect which can not be repaired and Unboxify is not authorised seller for Bose products so they can not issue a replacement.
They send me a mail mentioning the same.
When I shared the same with Unboxify, they asked me to share order ID & Product serial number which I shared on *th March (it took me * days to figureout serial number of the product)
Post that I rec'd a standard reply from Unboxify stating they need *-* working days to resolve it but it's been more than *-* working days and there is no update from Unboxify.
I paid **** through credit card and got it converted in to EMIs
