I am writing this to you because I have suffered mentally for this matter.

I only received a normal and cheap aux cable in the combo package which I ordered from Shopclues. I paid *** Rs. for this order. When the courier boy came at my house then I immediately realised that this combo order must be having missing products inside the package then I took the package on my hands(my order was packed by polythene packing, not by any box). But I still received the package as I knew that Shopclues has easy returns & replacement policy within ** days and I previously returned a few products. When I open the package, as expected I only received one product that was a normal aux cable which can be purchased offline/market for around **Rs. to **Rs. Then I requested the return of this product under Shopclues app after uploading a few photos of the package.
My explanation for return request was " what the hell * out of * parts are missing in this combo package. I only received a normal aux cable inside the package. usb type cable, data sync cable and micro usb cable are missing. what do you think, why I would spend around ***Rs. over a normal and cheap aux cable which can be purchased for **Rs. to **Rs. In the market/offline, I bought this because I was getting high-quality data cables by shutterbugs according to the description this is absolutely pathetic. You must take strict action for the seller. He didn't put all the products inside the package. I will not recommend anyone Shopclues ". After a few hours, my return request got rejected, I was shocked and checked my email and got a reply from Shopclues. I am providing the resolution statement of Shopclues below.

This is with reference to your order id ********* for shutterbugs high-quality combo of aux, braided gold, micro USB, c type cables regarding the return of your package. As we have investigated the matter with our courier partner as well as with our merchant and found that the same and complete product has been delivered to you in seal packed condition after a proper quality check.
Hence, we are unable to process your request. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. For further assistance, kindly refer to www.shopclues.com/help".
I thought that there might be a mistake in their investigation team of Shopclues as they have found in their investigation that the complete package was sent (after contacting the merchant and the courier, they said)
So I again requested a return for this order. But my return request was keep getting rejected all the time, and I was getting the same reply in the email by different assistants.
I was really frustrated about this particular matter, this was my worst experience and it was very pathetic. One of the assistants contacted me through the phone call and said that 'your return request isn't gonna approved' and said me that it's not always possible 'you are the only one who receives wrong products.' And he also mentioned that there are * products that are returned by you. I replied Shopclues on email regarding this.
My reply:
" [ i agree that I previously returned many products due to quality issues. A customer has the right to return any product if he is not happy and the quality of the product doesn't match his expectations and Shopclues even allows the return and replacement policy within ** days.
I didn't receive the entire product in the combo package that's it. I may have returned * out of ** products on Shopclues but this has no relation and connection with my recent order in which I only received an aux cable. He was saying that 'it's not always possible that I am the only one who receives the wrong product' on call. I returned them because they were either partially defective or of poor quality. Why would not I return them? As there are no limitations to returning those products? if the products are defective and of poor quality, I obviously return them just like any other customer right? And I shop from every e-commerce company including Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq, Paytm mall but I never experienced this type of pathetic and worst service. I never had to request these e-commerce company and services for my order returns and I always received genuine products. So I was happy with them and I didn't have to return them. Know the difference between this first. There are differences between your products and other e-commerce company products including quality and services etc. If you have any shame regarding this then you should take strict action and investigate this with top priority( I replied this to Shopclues). Worst quality products and worst service and rude and unpleasant behaviour by its assistants. Learn something from Amazon and other e-commerce company. They understand the problem of a customer and provide the best resolution and help us at priority level and their investigation process is way better than yours. You just stole my money. Not gonna recommend this to anyone.] "
So, the above explanation was my reply to Shopclues.
The merchant might have provided wrong information to the Shopclues investigation team that the entire product was sent, that's why the assistants were giving me the same reply that I was given the entire products in the combo package. Now, I don't know whether the courier partner was provided with any information related to my order to the team of Shopclues or not. The package was sealed as usual and it didn't appear to be opened while in transition. So, what really happened is that stupid seller didn't put the entire products in my combo package and there are many sellers collaborated with Shopclues who does the same. Shopclues is completely liable for this matter. They don't have skilled investigation team and their assistants are rude in behaviour (as I already told and explained you above regarding their behaviour). You must take strict action for this and provide me with the resolution asap. I hope that you have understood the entire matter. I am providing you with the screenshots of my return request and photos taken of the received package. I hope this will clarify your investigation. It's not about money, it's about the wrong/fake investigation and about their services which led me in trouble and this process wasted too much time of mine and what I got was injustice even after attempting my best tries. Shopclues needs to know that they have investigated the matter with human error and it was completely wrong. You must take this complaint in higher priority. I expect a fair resolution for this. Rest depends on your basic laws and policies.
