Meesho - Received 1 item but paid for 2

I ordered * items (bedsheets) of the same product. One was delivered on Mar **, ****. I thought the other one will be delivered some days after. I only realized later that it is given as both delivered in the app. So I contacted customer service on Mar **, **** and they advised on how to place return request for this case. I did as advised. Later while checking the orders section, I found that my return request was rejected. So I contacted customer care again, but they were not willing to understand the issue and kept on repeating the copy paste words like a robot. I paid for * items but received only *. Please help with the refund. Many thanks.
