I friend bought a Triumph Speed *** from Triumph Kukatpally (Sri Vinayaka Mobikes Pvt Ltd) in July ****. The dealership wrongly entered the father's name during RC registration. Even after ** months, this serious issue is unresolved.
We raised:
Complaint ISR-******* with Triumph India
Complaint No. ******* with National Consumer Helpline
Despite multiple showroom visits, WhatsApp chats, and calls with the accounts person and showroom manager, no action has been taken. I have suffered:
Mental trauma and anxiety (will be certified by a doctor)
Lost workdays and loss of pay due to repeated visits
Traffic fines and police stops due to unregistered vehicle
Humiliation and unsafe travel (avoiding police routes)
I have call logs and chat screenshots, including the dealership's final commitment(video proof) to resolve the issue by **th April ****, which they failed to meet.
We no longer trust the brand or dealership. We are demanding:
Full refund of ₹*,**,***
Interest and compensation for harassment, expenses, and time lost
