Triumph Motorcycles India - Dealer asking for extra money even after paying complete amount

I booked the Triumph Speed *** from Keerthi Triumph, HBR layout, Bangalore and paid complete amount using UPI. They promised the delivery after *-* days. Now on the day of delivery I was being asked extra money as I used UPI on Card. Dealership did not informed me about this before and they are now denying the delivery. Their manager is responding now. This is very unprofessional behaviour.
