Truebil (paix Technology Pvt Ltd.) - RC Book of Car purchased not delivered even after 3 years of paying themr

I purchased a car from Truebil Powai on **th September **** a Maruti Suzuki Celerio. At that time I was promised that the car would be transferred to my name and RC would be delivered to my home. It's been * years I've been following up with them and the records in Borivali RTO show the owner as the previous one not me. This is despite having a receipt from the RTO registering transfer of ownership to my name. Upon enquiry, it has been brought to my notice that Truebil has not given the final approval from their side for change of ownership. Now I have to sell the car due to loss of income during pandemic but i cannot as it shows the previous owner's name. Also I've been paying the bank loan on this car which is still on going. I'm at a loss to support my family and Truebil has not done anything despite repeated complaints. I'm in contact with Rahul from Truebil and till date he has only kept saying that" our agent will look into it".
