RBL - RBKL Credit Card

I am not using credit card since last *-* months. I don't have a job since *-* months. RBL Bank credit card department is harassing me to make the payments till today I have paid more than ****** Rupees till today since using the credit card. they are upgrading the cards and charging the payment. I have to close these credit card in pandemic but no response from anybody. I'm frustrated. I have not done any transactions on these cards from couple of months. I have to opted for any insurance or updated any insurance payments from these card still they are charging and letting me to pay the outstanding amounts. I always made payments through cred. There is lot of contradictions in cred platform and RBL platform statements. I was not update these cards.
I just want to close these cards and stay from these fraudsters credit providers. Kindly assist me
