I convert the amount into emi but still it popups to convert your amount into emi so i thought it was not comverted so i clicked on it again. Now in a bill that amount is added two times and customer care is not providing me a good solution and ask the extra amount as a fees to resolve my solution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
