I paid using my credit card at biocarve seeds. I do not remember I having clicked a link to save my cards or having received any such mail. Razorpay has saved my card details. No link is provided to delete them. Its website shows no cards saved, but merchant website payment page does. All other links are circular, bring to same page. Cannot write to nodal officer or escalate. Mail sent to razorpay has received no response.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
