I love to travel from zingbus as its quite cost effective and services are on time. but every time when i travel next morning either driver or marshal do whats app message, text and call for the ratings, they literally bag for the rating and say their salaries are depends on ratings. seriously ?
please stop this non sense and unnecessary callings and messages.
being a advocate in high court i have to take some major actions against your company if they call me again.

I booked bus through Zingbus from Narayan Singh Circle Jaipur to Delhi . It had to pick me up on May ** , **:** pm but it left me without informing. I kept waiting at bus stand . I want my full refund of ₹***.
