Rapido Bike Taxi - Rapido insulted me as Fake and Fraud

Hello Team, I am working as a Rapido captain for Rapido for almost * weeks. Yesterday (**/*/****) I took a ride from Thoraipakkam to Tambaram at **:**pm. The pillion rider was about to catch a bus in Tambaram and he was send off by group of * people. While I was watching them and intention to ride to the end point I missed to put my OTP pin provided with the Rider. I was realised this after reaching to the drop location. I also closed the ride with the OTP provided by the rider. Even the app was showing CASH COLLECTED ONLINE. Later completing the another ride, I found my ride is Marked as "FAKE" such a shame for me. There are no investigation made why it has happened. They are accusing me and customer care person was accusing me as Fraud ride category while calling and explaining my situation.

Customer care also want me to check with the rider even though he said he had paid online. They are indirectly making profit out of this as well I am deeply dishearten with the remarks they used against me. I would like to take an action against them for the misconduct or verbal abuse. Moreover, I also want to ensure the money is either send back to the rider or to me, not to the Rapido who are already taking profits from all my hard working rides.

Please help me out.
