VIJAY CHADHA filed complaint against Flower Aura on Aug 7, 2020
https://m.floweraura.com took order & advance payment for delivering a rakhi package. They never delivered it. There is no response from their phone helpline. Email helpline follow-ups for over a wewk got one response that delivery has happened!! They are doing open fraud & cheating in online market.
I have their order confirmation email with order no as evidence.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
