Dear Floweraura,
For my order number *******, I am escalating this issue to your higher management and will also expose FlowerAura on social media to ensure that this does not happen to other customers, at least in Mysore. I will make sure that FlowerAura's reputation is tarnished, as you promised to send chocolates, but the chocolates delivered were only worth ** rupees, which does not match the *,*** rupees I paid.
All the flowers were old and not fresh. The presentation was very bad. I received my Order *******, but it only contained ** flowers, while the description on the website indicates otherwise. Please see the screenshot below.
To my surprise, I once again received very old flowers that are not fresh, contrary to what was described in the picture on the website. Please see the attached image below.

This was our wedding anniversary, and we received such disappointing deliveries.
If I do not hear from FlowerAura by tomorrow morning at ** AM, I will take this matter to consumer court regarding this repeated issue. I will seek compensation for all related court costs and damages.

https://m.floweraura.com took order & advance payment for delivering a rakhi package. They never delivered it. There is no response from their phone helpline. Email helpline follow-ups for over a wewk got one respon...
