I had Purchased XUV *** in **** and since then multiple times vehicle has been sent to service center and they have failed to rectify the problem till now. Multiple times parts have been changed and issues have not been resolved. Despite owning a car I have been forced to travel in auto rickshaws and spend my important days in the service center. I have been threatened of Police complaint, despite issues have not been resolved by Mahindra.
