Since June, we are facing issue with internet, raised so many complaints against this, after lot of followups, they took my personal modem and given worst modem, after changed modem again they changed fired, now the internet very worst than previous, i am asking ti give my huawei brand modem, they are not providing my modem back and not solving issue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
