i have booked railway ticket from paytm and filed tdr in paytm but that tdr has not been sent to irctc and paytm is giving me false response as it has been rejected by irctc and according to irctc ticket should be cancelled before * hours of journey, i have filed tdr on **th august , **** **:** pm and the journey date was **th august,**** **:** am which is more then * hours. I want to raise this issue to the higher team as there is no resolution following with paytm they are giving false response and worst customer service.
