Viswanath Reddy filed complaint against Food Panda on Feb 20, 2019
Before I got the order delivered I contacted the team informing that I'm getting less quantity when I order through food panda and they assured me that this won't happen. After receiving the order the quantity what I got is less. Then straightforwardly I raised an issue and had a chat with executive and after some time they arranged a call. In the call, they talked to me and said one of their senior members will contact me within ** hrs.B ut no one contacted me, again I contacted the executive and after that I received a call from senior member in which they said it is restaurant fault and the issue was closed as they raised an action against the restaurant.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
