Palash Patel filed complaint against Airtel on May 2, 2023
I have been facing latency issues on airtel fixed line broadband connection for over an year now.
They tried to resolve it around august **** and they did resolved.
It stayed resolved for less than a week.
Their Bhopal zone team leader asked me to tell him the issues i was facing instead of registering a complaint on company portal.
I reported the same issue to him continuously for * months, *-* times a week.
Then i raised a complaint on **th November ****.
On **th Nov ****, the team leader said "it is not even an issue, you should switch to another company because he does not want to provide me services anymore."
(He understands that I've already paid for next ** months in May ****).
For the * months, people from airtel repeatedly said you're creating an issue that doesn't exist. while saying that we're working on your issue, please give us time.
(I have reported this to cpgrams, appellate and nodal teams of airtel. No resolution yet. )
And then on **rd April **** I received a mail from airtel mentioning that they have resolved the issue.
From my end the issue is just as same as it was last year. No resolution.
I have developed insomnia, anxiety, anger issues, lost weight in last * months.
I was around ** kg in December ****, now I'm **kg because my sleeping schedule is in shambles.
