Myntra - Quality check failed of the product

I had purchased a * set of budhha painting from myntra worth Rs. ****/-. The quality of the product was very poor. So I had placed the return request. But Myntra told me to self ship the product. I had self shipped the product through India post which costed me Rs. ***/-. Myntra told they will refund my speed post amount too. I painting reached on ** Sep ** at Myntra warehouse. But on ** Oct **, Myntra had sent me an email mentioning that the product had failed the quality check as price tags were missing.
Since ** Oct ** I am following them and telling them that I had ship all the price tags whatever I had received with the painting as it is.
I had sent * emails also but they had not replied yet. I called them up multiple times and requested to consider it coz I had shipped the product with all the things whatever I had received. But didn't get any proper response.
Now they are sending back the product to me. I don't want that product back coz that product quality is very poor. I want my money back.
