QNET India Vihaan Direct Selling India Pvt Ltd - QNET product refund on hold for more than 6 months

Dear Team,
Dr. Bipin Ch Mandi, a reputed teacher of IIIT Naya Raipur convinced me and my husband to join his team for a e-commerce distributorship business like ola , uber and he
told us that this is a new age business for future. Many reputed persons are doing this network business and buying distributorship for their future.
He told us , its better to buy as much shares(distributorship) as possible , accordingly business volume will be high for you and you will get earnings. Bipin assured us, we will get all legal document of the
distributorshipand even if we are not happy we will get the refund amount. So we decided to buy the distributorship in my name and will work hard to earn some money to help my husband.
So I transferred * Lakhs to bipin on **th and **th NOv'**. But on next few days unexpected things happened,
they ordered some unnecessary very costly products for whole *L amount. They have created my qnet account and purchased from there.

Immediately when I realized the facts, we have rejected the orders and all products have been returned within ** days time (qnet policy). Even we have not accepted the products. But now it's more than
* months they have not returned a single Penney and Bipin is telling refund is still under process. THis is also a lie. Qnet customer support is also not responding and they are not picking calls.
We are in a very troubled situation. I have no other job and my husband is the only earning member in the family of *.
Please help to complete ths refund process.
