Pvr Cinema - PVR Movie ticket refund

I tried to book movie tickets with PVR app for movie of Gadar* Hindi at PVR Xperia, Palava, Mumbai. After entering the details for the payment amount debited app not taken further to successful payment. This has been repeated two times. we understand the issue with the app and booked from other provider. But after some time when I cheked amil I received tickets but not got any message or WhatsApp notice regards to tickets. When i checked customer care MR. Diwaker from escalations department committed refund after checking with IT team they promised refund on **th Aug ** with in ** hours but till date not received payment.
