On **th March i have booked for the Movie Dune Part * in Pvr palazzo mall in chennai velachery and I have cancelled the Movie on **th March, While cancellation i got a pop up and unfortunately i didn't take any screenshot but it clearly mentioned the Cancellation is already in progress for this Ticket and when i enter the booking details just vanished and didn't asked me any other details, i didnt get any message from pvr regarding cancellation and no update, What i believe is the ticket got double booked and when i cancelled the seats didn't showed as empty rather it shows as occupied only. Now i didnt received any cancellation amount or nothing in that perspective. I couldn't reach them at anwhere possible and its mentally draining me
