According to your website/confirmation email, the items were expected to be delivered by [**.**.****]. It is now [**.**.****], and I have not yet received the goods.
The delay in this delivery is causing significant inconvenience/disruption to my business/financial loss.
I request that you investigate this delay and provide a firm, but to cancel the order and request a full refund.
Enclosed are copies of my order confirmation and payment receipt for your reference.
