report two significant issues regarding my recent order for a Crompton Rhino ****-watt heavy weight dry iron (Order ID: *******).
First, I was double-charged for this order. I originally paid ₹*** online via card (Transaction ID: *********). However, upon delivery by Blue Dart (Tracking ID: ***********) on March **, ****, the delivery label incorrectly indicated a cash-on-delivery requirement. As I was not home, my sister paid an additional ₹*** via UPI to collect the parcel. I have attached the UPI payment receipt and the delivery label as proof of this duplicate payment.
Second, upon opening the parcel today, March **, ****, I discovered that I have been sent the wrong item. I ordered a Crompton Rhino ****-watt heavy weight dry iron, but I received a Singer TRIO ****-Watt dry iron instead.
Given these errors, I am requesting a full refund of both payments (totaling ₹*,***). I will arrange to return the incorrect product once I have received confirmation and at least one of the refunds has been processed.
I have attached all necessary documentation, including proof of both payments, the delivery label, the bill, and photos of the incorrect product received.
