Ravinder Puri filed complaint against Airtel DTH on May 27, 2020
I have purchased Airtel Digital TV online and make payment of RS. **** through UPI. It has been more than ** hours but none of their representatives called on my number. When I tried to confirm my purchase through customer care they told me that there is no record related to the mobile number which was registered at the time of purchase.
When I mailed them for the same issue, they told me that there is a record of your purchase in our database.
Now, what should I have to do? It's annoying. I have called them several times, each time they told me that please wait for some time.
Please help me to resolve the issue ASAP.
