Dear Sir,
I am writing to you with deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with Puma India’s warranty claim process. Despite being a loyal customer and trusting the brand for quality and durability, my recent claim was outrightly rejected on the grounds that the warranty period had just surpassed.
While I understand the existence of standard policies, I strongly believe that global brands like Puma must also consider customer satisfaction, goodwill, and the actual condition of the product instead of adhering rigidly to timelines alone. As a premium brand, Puma stands for trust, longevity, and customer first service values I have always associated with your products.
Unfortunately, the way this matter has been handled does not align with those values. I feel compelled to escalate this issue to your office, as I firmly believe that a fair resolution is possible when genuine customer grievances are given due importance.
I kindly request your intervention in reviewing my claim once more and ensuring a resolution that reflects Puma’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I would also appreciate guidance on how Puma intends to retain long-standing customers who continue to support the brand with loyalty.
