I placed an order with puma on October ** and prepaid the amount. And then i cancelled on the same day. They told me they refunded successfully please check with your bank and gave me Some ARN. When i call my bank which is SBI, they tell me they don't deal in ARN please contact the brand you are interacting. I'm like a bouncing ball. They are just toying with me. Please help me
