Taxila Business School Jaipur - Provisional fee not refunded

I would like to file a complaint against Taxila Business School ( AICTE-approved institution) regarding non-refund of provisional/admission fees.

I had paid Rs **,*** on ** Jan ****, the provisional fee to Taxila Business School college and later withdrew my admission as per the prescribed process. On June ** ****, I cancelled my application. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the institution has not refunded my fee even after nearly one year. After much delay, in March ****, they gave a post-dated cheque for **th April ****, which is attached herewith for Rs **,***. Upon depositing the cheque on *th May ****, the payment was stopped by the drawer.

This appears to be a violation of AICTE fee refund norms.
