Taxila Business School Jaipur - Fee refund not recieived from Institute after withdrawing

This is regarding the refund of ₹**,*** paid towards admission at this institution for the PGDM **** process. I had formally withdrawn my admission before the permissible deadline on April *, ****, making me fully eligible for a refund under the AICTE Fee Refund Policy. As per AICTE guidelines: The institute is required to refund the full amount (after a nominal deduction of ₹*,***) when withdrawal is made before commencement of the course. The refund must be processed within * days of receiving the request. Despite complying with all requirements, it has now been over one year, and I have neither received the refund nor any meaningful communication from the institution.
