Upgrad.com - Providing Wrong Information and Collecting Money

I connected to UpGrad last year (****) to seek guidance and help to apply abroad (focussing mainly on Canada for a * years course only) in the year **** for the September intake. Over the phone calls and GMeet, the counselor confirmed that they have tie-ups with the Universities I was planning to apply to or where I had applied to already. They asked me to pay an amount of Rs.**,***/- on the same day itself (for expert assistance) and connected me to another counselor for the remaining procedures.

Once done, they mentioned that they do not have tie-ups with any of the Universities I mentioned or even for the course I wanted and asked me to proceed with UK or Ireland which was not even my option. So, I started asking for a refund since I didn't utilize ANY of their services , but they were not responding and delaying the process.

Kindly help me get my refund back as soon as possible because I didn't even use my own money. I borrowed from my friends telling them I would pay them as soon as I can.
